At Managenest we only collect,
when you collect.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the level of service provided after the first 3-months, you can terminate our management agreement with no penalties.
If a resident qualified by Managenest defaults in the first 6-months of original lease, Managenest will replace with another qualified resident at no additional cost.
We utilize our proven vendor network to get repairs done professionally, timely and affordably. If a repair is done incorrectly, we will ensure it is fixed at no cost to you.
We guarantee that we can find a quality tenant for your home in 25 days, or the first two months of management fees are FREE! *Some conditions apply.
Clients referred to us by a licensed agent, will be returned to Realtor once the client is ready to sell or buy.
